Our Mission: OSB is a firm dedicated to providing outsourced tax director solutions, interim tax staffing solutions, and tax project management solutions to companies of all sizes and industry at a level (that we believe to be) far exceeding that of any other public accounting firm or internal tax department and at a significantly lower cost.

Our Founder: OSB was founded in April 2006 by Spencer Osborn, an experienced tax professional with over 17 years of dedicated tax experience (over 10 years with Deloitte Tax LLP and Ernst & Young LLP). He founded OSB because he realized that he could create a firm that could provide a more cost effective solution for the delivery of holistic tax compliance, tax accounting, and tax planning solutions without the compromise of quality and attention.
